The project consisted of the construction of a 147K SF Warehouse on a 17 acre former office building site. In addition to the 5,000 plus feet of RCP and structures installed, (6) bio-retention basins were required in order to meet the latest stormwater management guidelines. Each basin consisted of several feet of various stone, under drains, fabric, liners and specialized bio-retention soils to provide adequate treatment and temporary storage of the stormwater system. Site utilities, aggregate subbase, concrete curb & sidewalk were also installed by the Pillari team.
