Project Description
Circle Dr. time-lapse video: A client approached us in September looking to construct a trailer overflow lot for a nearby tenant by January 2022. The challenge was transforming a fully wooded lot into a complete 240,042 SF truck lot while battling the unpredictable fall & winter weather along with ongoing supply chain issues. The strategy was to review and plan every activity prior to construction, and prepare for any possible challenge that may be thrown our way.
The job was broken into sections that could be constructed and completed even while other sections of the job were awaiting long lead materials. Multiple crews worked separately, but in sync with each other to work toward the overall completion of the project. In the end the project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule and with minimal changes to the plans.
