Project Description
When the client approached us with this project, the challenge was that the retaining walls on Riverview Dr. were failing quickly. They were at a point where they needed to be reinforced – and fast.
The solution consisted of slip lining existing 72” corrugated metal pipe with 60” Spirolite steel reinforced HDPE pipe, removing the failing mechanically stabilized retaining walls, installation of new Reinforced Earth T-Wall, installation of new precast parapets, cast in place moment slabs and new HMA roadway.
