Project Description
This project consisted of constructing a 368,000 SF warehouse on a 37.35 AC site with a permanent wet pond, storm water re-charge basins, and underground water storage for fire suppression. The 2.6 AC wet pond with an elevation below the existing water table posed no issues for the Pillari team. Another section of this project has a 25’ deep sanitary sewer pump station that will service this developing area of Howell Township.
