Project Description
The project consisted of constructing two 180K SF warehouses on a 24.55 AC site. To maximize truck parking the project utilized (3) large scale Stormtrap underground detention systems providing 239,310 CF of underground storage. Each system consisted of precast pieces, 469 in total, placed on stone and connected to precast outlet control and Contech Stormfilter water quality units to meet the stormwater management guidelines. Additionally (2) E-One pump stations, 1,300 LF of SDR-11 forcemain, and over 4,000 LF of c900 watermain were installed to provide utilities to each building.
